Project Manager Assistant

Primary Responsibilities

Reports to Vice President of Construction

Performs various office and organizational functions, including answering phones, planning meetings, preparing presentations, etc. Supports the Project Manager to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.

Front Reception Desk Coverage
- 50 Line Phone System
- Rotate Daily Coverage
- Vacation / Other coverage

Timberline (or similar Construction Software Program)
- Job Set up
- Submittal Process
- Contracts
- Purchase Orders
- Information Tracking
- Job Close Out

Certified Payroll

Client Safety Reports / Safety Program Tracking

Project Manager Support
- Project Reporting
- Bids
- Job File Maintenance
- Project Correspondence
- Submittal Process

- Meeting Minutes

Qualifications and Experience

Proficient in MS Office. General office skills including telephone, fax, copy machines, binding, presentations, and laminating. Good organizational and communication skills. Basic knowledge of Accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billings / AIA format, job cost analysis, lien waivers. Basic knowledge of construction industry and Timberline Project Management Module or similar construction software program.
